RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We, at Direct Diamonds & Gold, want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
We offer in-store exchanges or store credit within 7 days of receiving your order. We do not provide refunds. For our out of town customers, please contact our customer service at email@example.com within 7 days to discuss your exchange or return for online credit. Please provide your name, order number and reason for return. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returns or exchanges.
Items approved for return must be received as unused with all tags and labels still attached, alongside original packaging and sales invoice. Returns that do not meet our policy may not be approved.
Any item purchased at a discounted or SALE price is a final sale and can not be exchanged.
Engraved, special order, personalized and made-to-order creations cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
