From a cracked ring to a broken chain, our jeweller will inspect and service your jewellery to ensure it can be worn safely with longevity. Our repair services include ring resizing, soldering, stone resetting and replacement, polishing, rhodium plating, jewellery restoration, engraving and more. In addition, we urge our clients to visit us for complimentary jewellery inspection and ultrasonic cleaning to preserve their valued pieces and keep them sparkling!
We offer qualified and professional appraisals for insurance or personal purposes. It is essential to have a certified gemologist accredit the value of your jewellery. An appraisal will represent the current market value to replace your jewellery. In addition, we provide insurance replacement estimates. Our team is dedicated to assisting our clients and their insurance providers in resolving insurance claims in an equitable and efficient manner.

Many (but not all) of our rings can be resized. We will resize your new ring +/- 2 sizes within 30 days from delivery, free of charge. If you need it sized larger or smaller than this, please contact our customer service team for pricing.
