We stand behind the quality of our pieces. Due to the delicate handmade craftsmanship, all Direct Diamonds & Gold jewellery is guaranteed on defects in material and workmanship for a period of 60 days from delivery.
This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect, including: loose diamonds or loose prongs, missing pavé stones, broken clasps and/or broken soft chain. Normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage resulting from misuse will void this warranty, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, stretched or kinked chains, misshapen bands, or cracked stones. Lost or stolen pieces are also not covered by this warranty. All repairs require approval and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
To request a repair, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 905-451-7121 during office hours Tuesday to Saturday 11am to 6pm, with the name on your order, order number, product description (size/metal colour), along with the repair needed.
Please kindly note that any work performed on our pieces by anyone outside of Direct Diamonds & Gold will void this warranty.
